dc.description.abstractIt shall not be lawful to fire off any cannon or other piece of artillery, or fire arms of any kind, on board of any ship, steam-boat, or other craft within the port of Orleans, except from day-break to the hour of retreat ; that is to say, until nine o'clock from the 15th of March to the 15th of September, and until eight o'clock during the remainder of the year
