Abstract
An Act for Forming, Arranging and Regulating the Militia, § 44, art. 15: If any non-commissioned officer or private shall come on to any parade with his musket, rifle, or pistol loaded with powder and ball, slugs or shot, he shall for such offence forfeit not less than two nor more than ten dollars[.]
