Abstract
An Act to Prevent Parties from Shooting within the Limits of Towns and Private Enclosures, § 1: That it shall be unlawful for any person to fire any gun, pistol or any fire-arm, of whatever description, within the limits of any town, city, or village in this territory, or within the limits of any private enclosure which shall contain a dwelling house.
