An Ordinance Relating to the Carrying of Fire Arms and Other Deadly Weapons, in THE ABILENE CHRONICLE, May 12, 1870, at 1, § 1
Abstract
§ 1: Prohibited the carry of any pistol, revolver, gun, musket, dirk, Bowie-knife, or other dangerous weapon. Violators fined in a sum not less than ten dollars nor more than fifty dollars. The arms in question shall be seized by the police captain.
