Continental Army

This institutional hub aggregates FRC holdings related to the Continental Army (1775–1783). It supports research on firearms history, technology, law, policy, logistics, and martial culture during the American Revolutionary War.

• Legal and regulatory sources: Continental Congress resolutions, Articles of War, general orders, regulations, courts-martial records, and state–provincial enactments affecting Continental service.
• Historical materials: muster rolls, ordnance returns, procurement and supply records, correspondence, diaries, maps, drill manuals, and manufacturer contracts tied to Continental units and depots.
