| dc.description.abstract | § 52: Prohibited challenging another, or accepting any such challenge, to duel with a sword, pistol, rapier, or other dangerous weapon. Violators fined a sum of three thousand dollars and required to give sureties for good behavior during life, and be disabled from holding any office of profit or honor.
