dc.description.abstract§ 52: Prohibited challenging another, or accepting any such challenge, to duel with a sword, pistol, rapier, or other dangerous weapon. Violators fined a sum of three thousand dollars and required to give sureties for good behavior during life, and be disabled from holding any office of profit or honor. Inability to pay the fine shall lead to one year imprisonment.
