dc.description.abstract�It shall be unlawful, within the limits of this village, to fire off or discharge any gun, fire-arm, fire-works or fire-crackers, except at such times and places as the president of the village trustees may expressly permit and direct; and any person who shall violate any provisions of this section shall be punished by a fine of not less than one dollar nor more than ten dollars, and costs of prosecution."
