Abstract
If any two or more persons, who shall, by mutual consent or agreement, fight together in any public place in said town, shall be deemed guilty of an affray, and, on conviction thereof, shall be fined in any sum not exceeding one hundred dollars. Also prohibited the discharge of firearms in the corporate limits of the town of Prosser
