dc.description.abstractArt. 18, §§ 1, 7: "Sec 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, within the limits of the city of St. Paul, to carry or wear under his clothes, or concealed about his person, any pistol or pistols, dirk, dagger, sword, slungshot, cross-knuckles, or knuckles of lead, brass or other metal, bowie-knife, dirk-knife or razor, or any other dangerous or deadly weapon. Sec. 7. The Mayor of the city of St. Paul may grant to so many, and to such persons as he may think proper, licenses to carry concealed weapons; and may revoke any and all of such licenses at his pleasure.
