dc.description.abstractPub. Laws, ch. 42, § 1: That if any person whatsoever shall hunt or shoot wild fowl in the county of Currituck on the Sabbath day, or hunt them on any day of the week after the hour of sundown or before daylight in the morning with guns or fire, or use any gun other than can be fired from the shoulder, or build or use any blinds, boxes or batteries in any of the waters away from the marshes or shores proper, from and after thirty days after the passage of this act, such person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
