dc.description.abstractAn Act to Provide for the Punishment of Persons Interfering with Trains or Railroads, ch. 79, § 1: Prohibited the carrying of any dirk, pistol, Bowie knife, dagger, sword in cane, or any other dangerous or deadly weapon with the intent of injuring another person. Exempted any person who was a "traveler." Punishable by fine up to $500.
