Abstract
An Act Regulating the Sale, Transfer, and Possession of Firearms and Ammunition, § 5: Allowed any person who acquired a hunting licensed, and while actively engaged in hunting, to carry and use any lawfully acquired rifle or shotgun and suitable ammunition for said weapons.
