dc.description.abstractPriv. Laws, ch. 293, § 4: That it shall be a misdemeanor for any person to use loud, profane or indecent language, fire off a gun or pistol in hearing distance of those assembled for or engaged in divine worship, or otherwise disturb and annoy those assembled for or engaged in divine worship, and any person violating the provisions of this section shall be fined not more than fifty dollars or imprisoned not exceeding thirty days.
