dc.description.abstract§To regulate the storage and sale of gunpowder; dynamite, nitro glycerine, oil, or combustible material and to prevent by all possible means danger or risk of injury or damage thereby by fire from carelessness, negligence or otherwise. To regulate the storage of tar, pitch, rosin, lacquer, and the use of candles, lamps and other lights in stores, shops, stables, and other places, to suppress, remove and secure any fire place, stove, chimney, oven, or boiler, or other apparatus which may be dangerous in causing fire. Also provided for the regulation of concealed carry weapons
