dc.description.abstractAn Ordinance to Prevent Danger to Persons and Property and Malicious Mischief, �� 1-2: No person shall use or have in his or her possession on the public highways within the City limits, any instrument commonly known as a Bean Shooter, nor any instrument of a like character for throwing missless, under a penalty of Five Dollars for each offence, to be recovered from the person using or having the same in his or her possession.
