dc.description.abstractAn Act To Incorporate A Company To Construct A Bridge Across The Severn River, At Annapolis, In Anne Arundel County, § 17: That for the safety of passengers and vehicles passing on said bridge, there shall be a penalty of not less than ten nor more than fifty dollars for any person or persons to shoot any gun, pistol, or fire-works of any kind, whatever on the said bridge . .§
