dc.description.abstractProhibited killing, ensnaring, or trapping an elk, deer, antelope, mountain sheep, or any game whatsoever on the property of another without the consent of the owner. Also prohibited entering another's property with a gun for the purpose of hunting without the consent of the owner. Violators fined not less than twenty-five nor more than one hundred dollars.
