Abstract
An Act to Regulate the Sale, Possession and Transportation of Machine Guns, § 7: Prohibited being armed with a machine gun while committing arson, assault, burglary, kidnapping, larceny, rioting, or robbery. Punishable by imprisonment for 5 years to life.
