Abstract
An Act to make it Unlawful for any Person to Fire any Pistol, Gun or other Firearm on any Excursion Train or at any Picnic, Except in his or her Defense, and to Prescribe a Penalty for Violating Same, and for other Purposes, § 1: Prohibited discharging any pistol, gun, or other firearm while on any excursion train or at any picnic.
