dc.description.abstractThat it shall not be lawful for any person to carry, concealed in whole or in part, any bowie-knife, dirk-knife, brass or metal knuckler, pistol, slung-shot, or other deadly weapon, (unless the party so carrying such weapon shall be threatened with, or have good and sufficient cause to apprehend an attack, or traveling, or setting out on a journey, or peace officer in the discharge of his duty
