Abstract
An Act to Regulate and License the Selling, Purchasing, Possessing and Carrying of Certain Firearms, § 3: Prohibited manufacturing, selling, or possessing a machine gun or firearm that can be fired more than 16 times without reloading. Also Prohibited the same for a muffler or silencer.
