Chapter 39-Misdemeanors, Article 1-Offenses Affecting the Public Peace and Quiet, § 888: Prohibited selling, loaning, furnishing, to any minor a gun, pistol, or other firearm. Violators fined not more than one hundred dollars for each offense.
