Abstract
An Act for the Government of Cities of the Third Class, pt. 13: To regulate, restrain or prevent the establishment or continuance in or near said city of any trade or occupation, business or manufactory offensive to the public, or dangerous to health, or in causing or producing fire: and to regulate the sale of fire-arms and to prevent the carrying of concealed deadly weapons.
