Abstract
Offenses Against the Persons or Individuals, § 36: Prohibited dueling, challenging another to duel, or shall deliver the verbal or written message to duel. Violators shall be imprisoned not less than two nor more than ten years, and are prohibited from voting or holding public office of "trust or profit" in the Idaho territory.
