dc.description.abstractProhibited any person from breaking and entering, in the nighttime, any mansion, house, shop, store, or any other house, building, boat, or craft which any person shall reside and commit violence or do so armed with a dangerous weapon. Violators fined three hundred dollars, and imprisoned not exceeding thirty days.
