Abstract
An Act to Provide a Punishment for Carrying Concealed Weapons and for the Trial of such Offense . . ., chap. 3620, § 1-3: Prohibited the concealed carry of arms of any kind, or any dirk, pistol, or other arm or weapon. Violators guilty of a misdemeanor, fined not exceeding one hundred dollars or imprisoned not exceeding six months. Required the sheriff or other officer to confiscate and retain any arms found upon the person when taken under arrest.
