dc.description.abstractIt shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to sell, offer for sale, give or dispose of any pistol, revolver or other firearm of a size which may be concealed upon the person, to any minor under the age of twenty-one years. A violation of this section is a misdemeanor and punishable by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not exceeding six months, or by a fine not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars, or both such fine and imprisonment.
