Crimes and Punishments, in Compiled and Revised Laws of the Territory of Idaho 354 (1875)
Abstract
Prohibited carrying any pick-lock, crow-key, bit or other instrument with felonious intent to break and enter into any dwelling-house, store, shop, warehouse, or other building containing valuable property, or shall be found with the intent to steal valuable goods shall be imprisoned not less than one year nor more than five years. If any person shall have a pistol, gun, knife, dirk, bludgeon, or other offensive weapon with intent to assault any person, they shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than three months.
