dc.description.abstractCh. 317, � 1: It shall be unlawful for three years after the passage of this act for any person to gun for or to take, or attempt to take, kill, injure or destroy, or to have in possession any wild deer, be the same buck, doe or fawn, under penalty of one hundred dollars for each offense; and thereafter it shall be unlawful to take, kill, injure or destroy or to hunt with intent to take, kill, injure or destroy, any wild deer, be the same buck, doe or fawn, excepting on every Wednesday in the month of November
